My puppy had an ear infection and she got put on antibotics. All the medicine was, was 2 bottles of different medicine one bottle to use in the morning and one to use at night. Does she shake her head all the time. If she does that is a sign of an ear infection.

Beagles, because of their long ears, are prone to ear infections. It's very common and like the person before me said it sounds like an infection. Basically every beagle will have one! It's easily cured and cleaning the ears regularly can help prevent it. |

Sundae had an ear infection on his most recent trip to the vet for his rabies shot. He prescribed puppy ear medicine. Now, we give him that ear medicine regularly, so his infections don't seem to be coming back. Beagles do have ear infections. It's because of their 7-inch ears.
