My beagle is overweight.  She also has been put on medicine for seizures which makes her very lethargic.  Unfortunately, taking her for walks usually triggers cluster seizures.  Somehow, I need to get her exercise around the house that she is excited to do.  Also, any recommendations on a diet to help her lose weight.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dog having seizures :(

Your vet is probably the best person to consult for specialized diets. I do know that beagles can't monitor their food intake, so their food must be controlled.

Since beagles are scent hounds, they do love to run; have you tried jogging with your beagle?

my dog snoopy has seizures to and I have had him checked and the vet told me its from overexcitement. he has mild seizures and says they are not much to worry about. It  is not harming him at all.
