Hi all. Just begun fostering a beagle pup (6 months old). Had him for 2 weeks. He's a bit wild but if we can turn him into a more polite puppy dog then he has a chance of staying with us. He seems to like all the comings and goings in our house. We have four children, three other dogs and various animals as well as friends. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Hello, my beagle is frisky, but loving and caring. He loves people, but pants and his bed are like catnip to him. But I enjoy my beagle, and so will you!! Beagle dogs are a wonderful dog breed to have.

thanks for the encouragement. At the moment he is really loud, barks a lot. Our greyhounds are so relaxed we are not quite sure how to handle all the noise and movement! Maybe he will calm down a little as he gets older.
