Northern California has a festival of Beagles twice a year called  "BEAGLE FEST" It is Held in June and October of each year.  It is at the Sausalito Dog Park.  Sausalito is the town on the Northern End of the Golden Gate Bridge and its a very beautiful setting.  The Beagles have such a great time and there are different events you can enter your Beagle in.  The record for most Beagles to attend was 250.  Last November there were 110. Its alot of fun. So if any of you are in the Northern California area its worth the trip to the Bay Area to attend.  If anyone is Visiting the area from out of state it would be great to meet you.  Since Rocky and I have been attending the even I have been so suprised at how many varieties of Beagles there are. I never knew there was such a dog as a "Pocket Beagle"
